Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. All sales are considered final.

Because many of our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care products

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Refunds (Defective Products Only)

If your claim is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
